Instructional Massage Courses

From the time I was a massage therapy apprentice I have had the desire to teach others the basics of what I learned. I have finally created this offering with the objective of helping those who are not trained as a professional to feel empowered with the right massage techniques and knowledge about the human body so they can stay consistent with their care, navigate chronic pain and lack of connection, all while building their competence and confidence as givers and receivers of massage.
